Terms of service

Digital purchases

Mace Market sells virtual in-game currency. Purchases have no cash value outside the game and are not a financial product. You must be authorized to use the Minecraft account and payment method supplied at checkout.

Prices and payments

Store prices are listed in USD. Paddle checkout also offers EUR, INR, PLN and KRW, with a converted price shown before you continue. The buying box and pricing page show the selected amount, applicable bonus and price. See the supported payment methods; availability depends on your country, currency and device. When you choose a card, supported wallet or local payment method, Paddle processes the payment as merchant of record. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and receive the advertised 10% discount.

Follow the asset, network, amount and expiry instructions on the payment invoice. Payment must be verified before an order is released for delivery. Returning to the store from checkout does not by itself confirm payment.

Delivery and account details

Coins are delivered to the exact Minecraft username provided at checkout. Check the spelling and account before paying. Delivery currently supports Minecraft Java usernames.

Orders totaling 500M or more, including bonus coins, require manual staff approval after payment verification and before delivery. Smaller orders deliver automatically. Your order page shows when approval is pending.

Blockchain confirmations, provider processing, manual approval, game connectivity or a delivery-service interruption can delay an order. Keep the order reference and use the order page to check its status.

Problems and refunds

If an order does not arrive or something is wrong, contact Mace Market Discord with the order reference. Our refund policy explains how missing deliveries, duplicate payments and refund requests are handled.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

Fair use and server rules

Do not misuse checkout, submit fraudulent payments or try to access another customer’s private order. Your Minecraft account remains subject to the game and server rules. An account penalized for breaking server rules may lose access to purchased items.

Privacy and independence

Our privacy policy describes the information used to process and deliver orders. Mace Market is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft.
