Information used by the store

When you start an order, we record the Minecraft username, amount and bonus purchased, price, order and payment references, payment status, delivery status and related timestamps. Our delivery service also records confirmation of the in-game transfer.

Username checks may retrieve your public Minecraft profile, account identifier and skin. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to share in that conversation.

Why we use it

We use this information to create checkout, verify payment, send coins to the correct player, show order status, resolve support requests and prevent duplicate or abusive transactions. Short-lived checkout limits use a hashed version of the connecting IP address.

Payments and service providers

Crypto checkout uses NOWPayments. We send the order reference, Minecraft username, amount and price to create your invoice. Payment information you enter on the provider’s site is handled under its own privacy policy. We do not ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.

When you choose a card, wallet or local payment method, Paddle receives the order reference, pack price and selected currency. Paddle collects the payment and billing details in its secure checkout under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your full card details. See the supported payment methods.

Our hosting and delivery services process the information needed to operate the website and complete orders. The storefront also connects to services such as PlayerDB, MCHeads, Geyser/Minecraft skin services, Google Fonts, Discord, server-status services and Tebex checkout software. Requests to external services can disclose your IP address and browser information; player lookups also disclose the username being checked. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Public activity feeds

Completed customer purchases may appear in the public delivery feed with the first letter of the name followed by ***, the delivered amount, a delivery time and a blurred skin avatar. The public feed does not include the complete username or private order reference. Blurring reduces identifying detail, but distinctive skin colours may remain recognizable.

The separate giveaway feed masks player names. Entries marked PLACEHOLDER are display samples, not real orders or claims.

Customer reviews

After delivery, you can choose to post a rating and an optional review of up to 500 characters. We store it with your order to verify the purchase and prevent duplicate reviews. Your rating, review text, posting time and the first character of your username followed by *** appear publicly. Your order reference and payment details stay private. Review text is public as written, so keep personal details out of it. Contact support if you need to correct or remove a review.

Discord giveaways

If you verify a purchase for Discord, we link that order to your Discord account ID to check customer giveaway eligibility. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as hashes. Giveaway records include Discord account IDs, entry times, eligibility checks and results. Winners are announced in the giveaway channel and can open a private ticket for Staff to arrange delivery.

Browser storage

The storefront uses local storage to remember player details, checkout references and the private access token needed to reopen an order in the same browser. It may also remember a name entered for the weekly giveaway. Clearing site storage removes those local details and can prevent you from reopening an order without help from support.

Hosting and payment services may use their own cookies or technical storage. External checkout and community pages are governed by their respective notices.

Retention and your choices

Order and delivery records support fulfilment, refunds, security and transaction reconciliation; they do not automatically disappear when you clear browser storage. The current order system does not apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule.

You can ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your order by contacting Mace Market Discord. We may need to verify the request and retain records needed to resolve a transaction or meet applicable obligations. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
